Review
With a liquidy and opaque, the Tocobo Bio Watery Sun Cream appears milky and I think sun milk suits it better than a sun cream. It feels really lightweight and easy to spread evenly. If I spread it evenly, it doesn’t seem to leave a whitecast even when I apply a second layer of the cream over my skin. It doesn’t look greasy and it doesn’t feel oily. It does leave my skin with a slight shine that appears to be more dewy rather than oily. It doesn’t feel sticky on my skin and I like that it doesn’t irritate my eyes when I apply the Tocobo Bio Watery Sun Cream on my eyelids.
