A Korean beauty brand that’s all about cruelty-free skincare and sustainable packaging, Goodal’s brand name is a combination of the words “good” and “all” which represent their mission of bringing skincare that is designed to be good for all skin types. Goodal innovates their skincare products while utilizing traditional Korean fermentation.

I received both the Goodal Vegan Rice Milk Moisturizing Toner and the Goodal Vegan Rice Milk Moisturizing Cream from Picky in exchange for my honest reviews. In this post, I’ll be reviewing the toner first. Both the toner and the cream features rice milk made from Sandui Rice grown from Jeju Island’s basalt field.

Review
I love the immediate calming sensation that the Goodal Vegan Rice Milk Moisturizing Toner left on my skin. My skin irritation felt a whole lot better right after applying this toner. It's not sticky or greasy at all and it leaves my skin feeling moisturized and looking highly hydrated. My skin was already looking dewy despite still being in the toner stage. It even left my skin with a thin moisture barrier. I could even skip the serum portion if I wanted to since this toner is already very hydrating. Despite being viscous and thick, it's quick to be absorbed by my skin.

As I've mentioned, the Goodal Vegan Rice Milk Moisturizing Toner appears to be quite viscous, it almost has the viscosity of an ampoule. I expected it to be maybe whitish in color since it's a rice toner but it has a transparent appearance.
