Review
The Jumiso Waterfull Hyaluronic Acid Toner is very viscous for a toner, it is almost like a serum in terms of thickness. As the name suggests, this toner is highly hydrating, it can definitely hydrate dry skin. It takes a bit of time for my skin to fully absorb the toner. It’s not sticky and it leaves my skin with a thin moisture barrier on the surface of my skin. I find that it’s a great toner to incorporate in a skincare routine to achieve an overall dewy look.
