At first, I thought that the VT Cosmetics Cica Blackhead Cleaner was a cleanser due to its name. To my surprise, I found out that this was actually a toner. This toner aims to melt away blackheads without stimulating the skin.

Review
Consistency-wise, the VT Cosmetics Cica Blackhead Cleaner is liquidy and it doesn’t leave any residue. There weren’t any English instructions on the box but you’re supposed to use this toner by soaking a cotton pad with this toner. After adequately swiping the soaked cotton with toner onto my skin, I noticed that there were some yellowish parts on the cotton, which I’m guessing is sebum. 

Since the VT Cosmetics Cica Blackhead Cleaner is able to remove sebum from my skin, it definitely does a good job in preventing whiteheads and blackheads. I like that it does not irritate my skin, this toner is definitely gentle on the skin.
