Review
At first, I thought that the Chiyou Succinic Acid Exfoliating Toner would be as liquidy as water. However, to my delight, it had the tiniest hint of viscosity, leaning ever so slightly towards being essence-like. It doesn’t dry or irritate my skin, rather, this toner leaves my skin moisturized and highly hydrated. It’s able to remove some of the dead skin cells on the surface of my skin, leaving my skin feeling smooth.

Undoubtedly, the Chiyou Succinic Acid Exfoliating Toner is one of the most hydrating peeling toners that I have tried.

There’s no sebum in sight after applying the Chiyou Succinic Acid Exfoliating Toner on my skin. After continuous use of this toner, I noticed there’s a lot less dead skin cells on the surface of my skin. 

I exercise regularly and sometimes, I end up with a clogged pore or acne if I’m not able to immediately cleanse my skin after exercising. However, using a peeling toner such as the Chiyou Succinic Acid Exfoliating Toner has helped prevent clog pores and acne.
