Light on the skin, the Holika Holika Water Mellow Tone Up Serum does not leave a sticky or greasy feeling. It appears to be creamy and pink in color. I love how it’s able to brighten up my complexion while protecting my skin against the harmful rays of the sun. I’ve tried tone-up creams before but this is my first time trying a tone-up serum and I definitely prefer this tone up serum. The tone up serum definitely feels lighter than a tone up cream and I find that it looks more natural too. I also like how easy it is to spread on the skin.

Light on the skin, the Holika Holika Water Mellow Tone Up Serum leaves my skin with a soft pinkish glow and a dewy finish. It’s definitely perfect for the days when you don’t feel like wearing makeup or when you just need to step out of the house for a little while. Best of all, it doesn’t dry out my skin, rather it leaves my skin feeling moisturized.
