A trendy Korean makeup brand, Rom&nd offers trendy and beautiful makeup that every Korean makeup junkies will surely love. I was recently selected to try and review Rom&nd’s Cool Makeup Set which is part of StyleKorean’s Try Me Review Me program and this Try Me Review Me program is special because it’s their first makeup review program. There is also a Warm Makeup Set but I chose the Cool Makeup Set since (I think) I have a cool undertone.

ROM&ND BETTER THAN CHEEK #BLUEBERRY CHIP
Easy to spread, the Rom&nd Better Than Cheek in Blueberry Chip gives my cheek a healthy and soft pinkish glow. The pink color appears to be slightly light on my hands but it gives off a vibrant color when I applied it to my cheeks which had foundation on. It helps me achieve a vibrant makeup look.

Since it comes with a light pink color, I'm able to apply the Rom&nd Better Than Cheek in Blueberry Chip under my dark circles for a more youthful glow, without making the cheek color too obvious or out of place.

A four-eyeshadow palette, the Rom&nd Better Than Eyes in Dry Buckwheat Flower contains some basic colors that you can mix and match for daytime and nighttime makeup looks. I like how the gold eyeshadow pops, the shininess of the glitter is obvious and it can make a simple eyeshadow look really pop. I also like how smooth it is to apply the eyeshadow onto my skin.

Rom&nd Zero Velvet Tint Mini #07 Fizz
A highly pigmented lip tint, the Rom&nd Zero Velvet Tint Mini in Fiz feels smooth on my lips and it left it feeling moisturized while looking velvety. Using the Rom&nd Zero Velvet Tint Mini in Fizz leaves my lips looking very red, much like rubies. Lasting for hours on my lips, even if the tint was smudged from drinking water, it still left my lips with a very red color.

Personally, I prefer applying the velvet tint to half of my lips as opposed to applying my lips entirely (like in the lip swatch photo), after applying it to half of my lips, I just spread them outwards by blending it and doing so gives my lips a more natural appearance.

Rom&nd Juicy Lasting Tint Mini #12 Cherry Bomb
For my makeup look, I used the Rom&nd Juicy Lasting Tint Mini in Cherry Bomb and I love how juicy it made my lips look. I usually don’t like using red lipsticks or lip tints because I feel like they don’t suit me. However, with the Rom&nd Juicy Lasting Tint Mini Cherry Bomb, I loved the result. I felt like it suited the overall look I wanted to go for. Rather than looking matured, I feel like it gave my look a more youthful side to it.

Final look
I really like how the final look came out. I feel that the makeup look I did with the Rom&nd cool tone makeup products matched my wig well, it had a doll vibe to it.
