Mistakes I Made
I haven’t made a mistake with how to use skincare products in a long time and I don’t even know where I got the idea that a needle would come out of the dispenser to inject my skin. I kept pinching the applicator, waiting for a tiny needle to poke my skin but I never found it lol. I ended up applying too much on my skin which is a big no-no. You’re only supposed to use a tiny amount. I guess I was thinking of the derma tool microneedle. On the other hand, the Commonlabs Vitamin E Micro Needle Spot Cream contains micro needles in its cream.
Micro needles
You won’t actually get to see the needles because they are so tiny and it’s part of the spot cream. The micro needles are active for 70 hours and are naturally removed by the skin’s shedding and regeneration of new skin cells.
Review
Like I’ve mentioned, I made the mistake of applying too much on my chin area and I didn’t even realize it until I unconsciously kept rubbing my chin until my chin was shedding dead skin cells. I didn’t immediately notice it because on the application there was no pain at all, I only felt a tingling sensation when I kept rubbing my chin and that’s when I felt like tiny needles were poking my skin which prompted me to rub my chin.
I had a huge pimple on my chin a few weeks ago and though the pimple itself is gone, it left a little souvenir that has bothered me for more than two weeks. I’m hoping that the Commonlabs Vitamin E Micro Needle Spot Cream can speed up the process. It’s not really a pimple so it doesn’t have much effect on it but it did look less red.
Does It Work?
I tried using the Commonlabs Vitamin E Micro Needle Spot Cream on a really small pimple and the next day the pimple was gone. What really amazed me was that it was able to help me with an annoying bump on the bridge of my nose. For months, I've tried using various spot creams and paid extra special attention to exfoliating on that certain bump but it was still there. It was like a clogged pore and a blackhead in one, making it look like a gray bump on my nose.
You can hardly see it but I always notice it when I look in the mirror and it really annoys me. I tried using a little of the Commonlabs Vitamin E Micro Needle Spot Cream on it. At first, I couldn't see any difference and I didn't feel the tingle. I thought maybe I needed more since the bump was so thick (probably thick with accumulated dirt), so I reapplied more the next day and I finally felt the tingle. The next day, the bump was flattened and it was no longer gray. If it wasn't for the fact the I memorized the location of the spot since I've stared at it for months, I wouldn't even know where the spot was.
DOES IT Hurt?
Though not painful, it’s amazing how I can feel tiny needles pricking the skin on my face but when I touch my face with my hands, I don’t feel the needles on my hands. This means that the Commonlabs Vitamin E Micro Needle Spot Cream can really penetrate the pores and deliver the tea tree leaf extract to a deeper level of my skin.
