Unlike the usual clay masks that I'm used to which can dry the skin when it's left for far too long on the skin, beyond the recommended duration, using a French pink clay is an entirely different experience.

If the Skin&Lab Dr. Pore Tightening Glacial Clay Mask is a super cool clay mask that some would even go far as to describe as a gruesome experience due to the tingling experience, the Skin&Lab Dr. Pore Tightening Pink Clay Mask is the total opposite, it's relaxing and soothing to use.

As much as I love my Skin&Lab Glacial Clay Mask, I had to switch up my clay mask to a soothing one to fend off maskne. French Pink Clay Masks are suitable for dry and sensitive skin and they're known to aid in relieving irritation and inflammation, perfect for those who are dealing with maskne this quarantine.

Review
Soft and creamy, the Skin&Lab Dr. Pore Tightening Pink Clay Mask is more like a paste than a clay. Unlike the usual clay masks, I don't have to worry about my skin drying out when I leave the mask on for a bit longer than I'm supposed to. Although I feel that it doesn't deeply cleanse my pores as well as the glacial clay mask, it does cleanse the surface of my skin from gunk while leaving it moisturized. It's also a better option for clay masks to be used on my neck area.

If you have combination skin, you can use the pink clay on normal and dry areas. As for the oily and acne-prone areas, you can use the glacial clay mask on those areas.

I love the new appearance of the packaging. The new packaging looks so pretty and so pink! I definitely appreciate a pretty pink packaging.
