THE PHILIPPINES SUSTAINABLE SEAFOOD WEEK 2018
Dear Dreamers
With growing demand for seafood, there is need for a solution to the growing problem of diminishing seafood due to it being harvested much faster than it can reproduce. Now on its third leg, The Philippines Sustainable Seafood Week aims to raise awareness on sustainable methods of harvesting seafood.
On February 26, 2018 at the Marriott Grand Ball A, The Philippines Sustainable Seafood Week 2018 was launched. Various hotels and restaurants took part and swore to never be a part of the further decline of seafood.
Committed in pursuing responsible business practices by sourcing from sustainable fisheries and aquaculture, these hotels and restaurants displayed an indulgence of ocean-wide selections.
