3 DELICIOUS DINING SPOTS IN QC SMDC CONDOMINIUMS
Dear Dreamers
Known for its ample greenery, well-maintained swimming pools and prime location, SM Development Corporation (SMDC) condominiums are one the sought after condominiums here in the Philippines. What’s really great about these SMDC condominiums are its food establishments.
I have been to some of their food establishments for a couple of times already and I can say with confidence that the restaurants that line in SMDC condominiums are nothing short of good.
HONG KONG ROASTING AT MPLACE
Our first stop for the food crawl was Hong Kong Roasting, one of my favorite places to grab some affordable Peking Duck. Their prices are affordable compared to other Chinese casual dining joints.
I liked their Peking Duck when I tried it at Sea Residences because the sauce was incorporated to the duck itself. The sauce this time was served separately and was more viscous than what I had tried before, I was told that it was for picture purposes only. However, typical Peking Duck does not have the hoisin sauce incorporated in it anyway.
Their Lechon Macau was very tasty while the Yang Chow Fried Rice had generous amounts of toppings. Delicious and refreshing, their cucumber lemon shake was a great pair for the savory roasted food.
For me, Hong Kong Roasting a great place to grab affordable Chinese food. Despite the name, serves Chinese food which is not to be mistaken for Cantonese food. In Hong Kong, they have Cantonese Roast Duck, whereas Peking Duck originates from Beijing.

TERESITA’S OF SAN FERNANDO AT MEZZA 2
Next up, is Teresita’s of San Fernando. It is one of my favorite Filipino restaurants, one which I frequent for their Halo-Halo!
I’ve blog about the food at Teresita’s before but I can’t get enough of their creamy halo-halo. All other halo-halo that I have tried prior to eating at Teresita’s are now pale in comparison. I simply cannot get enough of their super creamy halo-halo and often times, I find myself craving for the creamy leche flan and macapuno mixed in the halo-halo.

MANILA’S BEST COFFEE AT MEZZA 2
Last but not least, is a coffee shop that is simple yet eye-catching. With most coffee shops popping up and riding the latest trend, Manila’s Best Coffee stays true to itself. It has a modern vibes with a hint of Filipino theme here and there.
The place is adorned with carabao figurines and other items that represent the uniqueness of the Philippines such as its one-of-a-kind transportations, the tricycle and the jeep.
There are other minute details about Manila’s Best Coffee which are witty or astoundingly Pinoy. It has Luzon, Mindanao and Visayas are the name of its cup size whereas Luzon is the largest cup size.
You don’t see other coffee shops serving popular Filipino desserts such as Biko and Kutchinta.
As for its drinks, we liked the Matcha Green Tsaa!
What I loved the most is their Karaleto, the carabao milk gelato. I love carabao milk because it is just so creamy and you can sense that in their Karaleto.
