Everything pink and pastel at the latest addition to Ayala Vertis North, let’s all welcome Mio Gelati! From homemade gelato to premium gourmet gelato, Mio Gelato has gone a long way from joining bazaars to opening their own flagship store complete with new decadent flavors and dessert creations.

We were served with delicious meal as well as sumptuous appetizers featuring cold cuts, premium nuts and gourmet cheese.

PINK AND PASTEL

During the opening of Mio Gelati at Ayala Vertis North, there were pink balloons, pink setups, pink lemonade and even pink champagne! Everything was so perfectly pink and pastel down to their cotton candy.

A house blessing preceded the toasting for the opening of Mio Gelati’s flagship store.

I love gelato in general because it has less fat compared to any other ice cream and because the gelato that Mio Gelato offers come in premium flavors. Ferrero, Matcha, Strawberry and Espresso Chip have taken my fancy during the opening but for my other favorites check out my review of Mio Gelati at Century Mall.

Loyal customers of Mio Gelati can enjoy familiar favorites at the newly opened store but there’s something for everyone that Mio Gelati has concocted. Aside from new decadent gelato flavors and gelato shake flavors, Smoresicles now highlight this dainty gelato shop.

If these Smoresicles sound enticing to you, then you’re in luck as Mio Gelato will be giving away Smoresicles. They are giving 80 Smoresicles on the following dates: November 17, Friday: 6-9pm; November 18, Saturday: 2-5pm; and November 19, Sunday: 2-5pm.
