SUNCELLE SUN PROTECTION BY TUPPERWARE BRANDS REVIEW

Summer may be all-year round here in the tropics but there is a time where the heat scorches at its peak. For most, this time equates to a time of fun under the sun at the beach where the scent of sand, sea and sunblock lingers.

A few days ago, Tupperware Brands sent me their line of Suncelle products. For sun protection, there was a sunscreen spray, a sunscreen body lotion and a sunscreen facial moisturizer. There was also an instant cooling spray, a pair of sunglasses and a purple beach bag inside the box they sent.

SUNCELLE PRODUCT FEATURES

Broad Spectrum AVA/AVB: Protects skin against harmful rays of the sun that may cause premature aging and skin cancer.

Collagen Protect System: Protects skin’s collagen to help prevent wrinkles caused by frequent sun exposure.

Water Resistant: Provides sun protection even after sweating or water exposure.

Non-Greasy Formulation: A lightweight product that deeply penetrates the skin without leaving oily or greasy residue.

Vitamin E: Hydrates skin and keeps it healthy and younger looking.

SUNGLASSES

Protecting our skin from the sun is important but protecting our eyes from the sun is just as important. Sunglasses like Tupperware’s pair of black ladies’ sunglasses has UV 400 which protects the eyes from harmful ultraviolet rays.

PURPLE BAG

At first, I thought that the purple bag was perfect as a diaper bag because of its spaciousness, multiple pockets and sturdiness. I also thought that it would make a great beach bag because of the same reasons and because of the cute color.

INSTANT COOLING SKIN SPRAY P329

Made with aloe vera, the instant cooling skin spray cools, soothes and hydrates dry and sun damaged skin. To lock in moisture for healthy and protected skin, the skin spray also has allantoin.

With just a spritz of this instant cooling skin spray, overexposed skin can feel relieved and protected as it also has sunscreen. I am always losing the caps of my small spray containers so I find this spray really handy as it does not need a cap. I tried refrigerating the spray and it does feel cooler and more relieving on the skin.

INVISIBLE SUNSCREEN SPRAY P329

Starting off with my favorite among the Suncelle line is the invisible sunscreen spray. With SPF 50, broad spectrum UVA/UVB, quick absorbing & non-greasy formulation and a collagen protect system, it is a no-brainer for me to like this invisible sunscreen spray for the face and body.

It feels light on the skin and fairly quick to dry. It feels oily upon spraying but after a few seconds, once it has set, it is no longer visible. The scent still lingers on the skin but I can hardly tell that something has been applied because it does not leave my skin greasy.

SUNSCREEN BODY LOTION P239

With almost the same features as the sunscreen spray, the sunscreen body lotion has SPF 30, collagen protect system, water resistance, non-greasy formulation and vitamin E. Unlike the sunscreen spray, the sunscreen body lotion has moisturizing effects.

The sunscreen body lotion is easy to spread and not greasy at all. I got used to greasy sunblocks that I used to use as a kid so I was surprised at how different it was in terms of greasiness.

SUNSCREEN FACIAL MOISTURIZER P239

The sunscreen facial moisturizer has the same features as the sunscreen body lotion except that it has been formulated for the face.

The consistency is less flowy than the body lotion but it still feels light on the skin. I like how it leaves a matte finish, I may even use it as a primer for my makeup, for days when the sun is too strong.
